Our Pet Policy
Pet Regulations: Pets Upon Approval Details: Brighton Crest realizes that your pets are important members of the family. We welcome up to 2 pets per home with no weight restriction. Our pet fee is $300 for pets under 35lbs and $500 per pet over 35lbs (50% of the deposit is refundable.) There is no monthly pet rent. Please note that we do not accept certain breeds of dogs, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
